CAF postpones AFCON U23 3rd round qualifiers to September By Admin The Confederation of African Football, CAF has announced the postponement of the  3rd round qualifying matches of the Afcon U23 from June to September.   This was made known in a press release made available to news men by the media officer of the National U23 team , Sharif Abdallah (Babs) in statement earlier on Monday.   The national under 23 men's team were scheduled to play Sudan U23 on the 5th June next month in Omdurman and the return leg on the  9th of June in Nigeria.  New dates have been confirmed as the first leg of the 3rd round qualifying Afcon U23 takes centre stage on the  2nd of September with the return leg on the 10th respectively.
