CAF Set To Announce venue For Champions League Final

The Confederation of African Football ( CAF) is set to name the stadium that will host the final of this year CAF Champions League final.

The African soccer governing body in 2019 changed the mode of playing the final of the CAF inter club competitions from 2 legged final to one leg and to be played at neutral venue.

And also in 2019, the body listed 5 possible venue in the continent that will host the first ever one leg final but the reports coming from its headquarters in Cairo, Egypt indicated that it has been narrowed down to one venue.

Just as the competition is moving into the knockout round, CAF has confirmed that the venue for the final will be announce soon.

Esperance of Tunisia is presently the holder of the trophy having won it back to back at the expense of Al Ahly of Egypt and Wydad Casablanca of Morocco respectively.
