CAFCC: Ashanti Kotoko plays Ivorian club for Kano Pillars.

Ahead of the start of this year CAF champions League Ashanti Kotoko continue it's preparations for the much awaited clash against Nigeria representative Kano Pillars.
BSNSports.com.ng can report that the Ghana representative in the CAF Champions League, Ashanti Kotoko will take on Societe Omnisports De L' Armiee of Ivory coast today.
The Porcupine Warriors want to give their players the requisite international exposure before the start of their CAF Champions League campaign.
The 'Ghanaian champions' were 2-1 winners over Burkinabe side Rahimo FC last Sunday in Kumasi.
Pillars on its part has continued preparations in Kaduna for the match after they emerged champions of 2019 Aiteo Federation Cup on Sunday.
Kotoko are billed to face Nigerian side Kano Pillars on 10 August, 2019 in the first leg of their preliminary qualifying round.
