CAFCC: Enyimba Begin Close Camping Sampson Adedeji In preparations for the first leg, the first round of the Confederation Cup, Nigeria's representative Enyimba international has begun a closed camping exercise, BSNsports.com.ng can report. The club earlier in the week appointed former Nigeria international Finidi George as the team head coach going into the new season. Despite having a not too impressive season in the 2020/2021 season of the Nigeria professional football league, the Aba-based club still finished in the third position to qualify for the African second-tier competition. Enyimba is not new to the competition as they played up to the quarter-final stage in the back-to-back season. The training camp of the team is set up in Omoku and it will last for 2 weeks. Enyimba will confront Senegalese club Diamber FC in the first round of the competition.
