CAFCC: Enyimba thrash TS Galaxy

Nigeria's Champion Enyimba International begin their campaign in the CAF Confederation cup on a sound note as they recorded a 2-0 win over visiting TS Galaxy of South Africa, BSNSports.com.ng can report.
BSN reports that the former African champions was drawn against South African lower division side for the play off round of the CAF second tier club competition last month.
In a match played at the Enyimba International stadium in Aba, expectedly the hosts dominated the possession and seized the control of the game to put 2 goals past the visitors.
Their dominance paid off early in the game as Victor Mbaoma gave them a well deserved lead in the 7th with a neat finish and ensured that the People's Elephant returned to the locker room with a lead.
The second stanza resumed with TSG trying to come back into the game but all their efforts were well curtailed by homers.
Substitute Martin Usule added the second goal for Enyimba in the 61st minute and pegged back the away side from launching counter attacking display they resulted adopted.
The game ended with Enyimba in the driving seat ahead of the second leg scheduled for next weekend in South Africa.
