CAFCC: Etoile du Sahel Stun Rangers 2-0 In Enugu

      The hope of Nigeria sole representative in the 2019 CAF Confederation Cup Enugu Ranges  to redeem their battered image in the hand of Etoile Due Sahel has became an illusion, BSNSports reports. After suffering 2-1 in Sousse in the match day 3 in the of Etoile, the Flying Antelope hope to pay the Tunisian side back in their coin but it was not meant to be. In a game where Etoile proved to be the better side, Maher Hannechi scored the opener in the 19th minutes of the game to silence the home crowd. The Flying Antelope laboured to restored parity in the second stanza with Bright Silas and Godwin Aguda threatening the back line of Etoile. But it was Etoile that netted the second goal from the spot after Isaac Loute fouled Hannechi in the box and Mohammed Msakni beautifully converted the kick. All the efforts of the home side to comeback in the game was nullified by Etoile goalkeeper Walid Kridane. Rangers will have to win their 2 remaining game against Salitas of Burkinafaso and CS Sfaxien of Tunisia and hope other results go their way, to have a realistic chance of going through to knockout round.
