  CAFCC: Futuro Kings Shock Rivers United By Sampson Adedeji Nigeria's representative in the CAF Confederation Cup, Rivers United on Saturday started its campaign on a not impressive note as they suffered a 2 - 1 loss to Futuro Kings of Equatorial Guinea, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Pride of Rivers started the game on a sound note attacking the home side with everything in their arsenal at the Estadio De Mongomo stadium. Despite their efforts, it was the home side that netted the opening goal in 46th minute through Nkama Gregoire. Since scoring the opening goal, the home seized the initiative and continue to dictate the pace of the game. All the efforts of the Nigeria side was nullified as the home ended up winning the game 2-1 . The second leg is slated for Yakubu Gowon Stadium in Port Harcourt next weekend.
