CAFCC: Rangers suffers home defeat to CS Sfaxien, bows out of group stage

    The hope of Nigeria's representative in the CAF confederation cup, Enugu Rangers to progress to knockout stages of the competition finally dashed on Sunday at the Nnamdi Azikiwe stadium, BSNSports reports. The Flying Antelopes were nursing ambition of progressing to the next round if they beat Tunisia side CS Sfaxien and hope Salitas pull a shock win against Etoile Du Sahel. But there hope was dampened when Nassem Hnid netted the winning goal for the away side. All the efforts of Rangers to come back into the game was nullified by Sfaxien defenders. CS Sfaxien finished the group as leader followed by fellow Tunisia side Etoile Due sahel.
