  CAFCL: Al Mereikh Intensify Training For Enyimba By Sampson Adedeji Ahead of the first leg first round of the CAF Champions League against Nigeria's Enyimba international of Aba, Sudanese side, Al Mereikh have intensified its training to be in right frame of mind for the game, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Al Mereikh qualified for the first round after they defeated AS Otoho of Congo 3-1 on aggregate, while Enyimba thrashed Rahimo FC of Burkinafaso 2-1 also on aggregate. The Sudanese team on Monday moved to Sports House Stadium in Omburdman where the first leg will take place. The game was moved away from their home ground Al-Merrikh stadium after CAF refused to approve the stadium for the match. The was moved to Sports House Stadium in Omburdman the home ground of their rival Al Hilal and they have started training on it. Apart from resuming training at their new home ground, one of the key player of the team Musab Kordman also returned to training after he recovered from the injury he sustained last weekend during a friendly game. The match against Enyimba is slated for 23rd of December, 2020 with reverse fixture in January 2020 .
