CAFCL: Kotoko must work on their defence if…… - Zito

By Sampson Adedeji

The Technical Director of Dream football club has warned Ghanaian side Asante Kotoko that they must be properly organised at the back if they want to beat Kano Pillars in the second leg of CAF champions League.

Pillars defeated Kotoko 3-2 in the first leg of the competition played at the Sani Abacha stadium on Saturday and create one goal advantage going into the second leg.

The Technical Director said conceding 3 goals in the first leg was not good for a team that want to progress.

" Kotoko did well but my problem is how they conceded those three goals. This technical handles must work on how they have been conceding goals because it can cause the team moving forward.

“Playing in Africa, all departments in the team must work to perfection because it won’t be an easy game”, he added.

The Porcupine Warriors will host Kano Pillars in the second leg on August 25 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
