CAFCL: CAF shifts Semi finals, Final To October

Reports coming from the virtual meeting of the Confederation of African Football ( CAF) shows that the semi finals and final of the Champions League has a new date, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The first-legs are earlier scheduled to take place later this month, with Zamalek meeting Raja on 25 September and Ahly taking on Wydad a day later.

The new date is now fixed for October 16th and 17th for the first leg in Morocco while the second leg is slated for 23rd and 24th of the same month in Egypt.

The final of the competition will be played on November 6.

Meanwhile, the executive committe of the body also announced Morrocco as the venue for the semi Finals and final of the Confederation Cup.

The semi final is scheduled for October 19th and 20th while final will come up on 27th of October in Rabat, Morocco.
