CAFCL: Cameroon Agrees To Host Semifinal, Final Matches

Cameroon has agreed to stage the semifinal and final matches of this year's CAF Champions League after securing an approval from its government.

In the past few days, there are speculations in the certain sections of the media that the Semi Finals of the competition might be played in the United Arab Emirates ( UAE), BSN Reports.

But reports filtered in in the early hours of Tuesday that Cameroon has decided to host the matches.

One of the stadium earmarked as one of the host for venue for 2022 African cup of Nations, Japoma International stadium has been picked to stage the events.

In the semifinal pairings, Al Ahly of Egypt will face Wydad Casablanca of Morocco, while Raja Casablanca will take on Zamalek of Egypt.
