CAFCL: Kano Pillars return to Kaduna for Asante Kotoko, depart on Thursday

In readiness for the second leg clash against Asante Kotoko of Ghana in the first round of CAF champions League, Nigeria's representative Kano Pillars have returned to Kaduna State for a closing camping, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Pillars camped in Kaduna before the first leg match played at the Sani Abacha stadium in Kano, which ended 3-2.
According to the team media officer Idris Malikawa said the chairman of the Club, Alhaji Surajo Shaaibu Yahaya made this known shortly after their morning training session on Saturday at the Sani Abacha Stadium Kofar Mata, Kano.
Alhaji Surajo said players and technical crew as well as some supporting staff of the team would leave Kano after the club morning training session on Sunday 18th August 2019.
The club chairman further said the team will stay for 3 days in Kaduna before moving to Abuja and later depart for Ghana for the epic clash.
Pillars required at least a draw to be sure of moving to the next round of the competition.
