CAFCL: MC Alger Management Promises Players USD $6500 To Win Wydad AC By Uche Dozie Algerian club side MC Alger team has been promised USD $6500 by their management if they can beat Wydad AC in Morocco and sail through to the CAF Champions League semifinals, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Algers have all to play for in the return having been in a disadvantaged position following their one all draw at home. Hence, going to Morocco against a Wydad side that is top on the log in the Moroccan league with a great home record, the Algerian side will have to play their hearts out to move to the next round. The last time Algers got to semi finals was in 1976 when they eventually won the champions league. The match will take place on Saturday at the Mohammed V Stadium at 17:00 GMT+1.
