CAFCL: Miloud Rebiai's Late Equaliser Saves MC Algiers Blushes Against Wydad Casablanca

The first quarterfinals of the CAF Champions League started Friday with a North African derby between two former African champions, Mouloudia Algiers and Wydad Casablanca, at the July 5th Stadium in Algiers which ended one all, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
A late equalizer from Miloud Rebiai gave Mouloudia Algiers a lifeline in the first leg of CAF champions league quarter final.
Wydad were heading to getting all three vital points, before Rebiai's header saved the day.
The Tunisian side had taken the lead in the 65th minutes of the second half through a penalty by Yahya Jabrane, after a foul on Mohamed Ounajem.
However, the equaliser help keep hope alive for the Algerian side ahead of the second next week leg fixture despite their poor performance.
