Ahead of the preliminary round of the CAF champions league against Nigeria Professional Football League side Plateau United, the head coach of Simba SC of Tanzania Sven Vanderbroeck has said they are in the right frame of mind for the game, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Tanzania champion in Saturday thrashed Coastal Union 7 -0 and sent a warning signals to the Jos based team.
The team Manager said on Sunday afternoon that scoring many goals in the Saturday's match is a good sign.
" The win against Coastal Union is a good sign towards the champions league game" he said.
Simba which was founded in 1936 has made 9 appearances in the CAF tip tier competition but yet to lift the trophy.
The club crashed out of the competition at the preliminary round of the competition last season.
The Nigeria side will host the first leg behind closed door before traveling to Dare Salam for the second leg few days later.
