Cameroon Descent Breaks Babayaro's Record In Uefa Champions League

After over 25 years of holding tight to the record of youngest player ever to play in the UEFA champions league, German born Cameroon descent, Yousoufa Moukouko has broken the record of former Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Celestine Babayaro, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The former Nigeria international defender created the record when he represented Belgium Jupiler League side, Anderlecht in the match against Steau Buharest of Romania at the age of 18 years and 86 days.
But young Moukouko broke the record on Tuesday night as he made his debut for German Bundesliga side, Borrusia Dortmund in their 2-1 win over Zenith St Petersburg of Russia at the age of 18 years 18 days.
He was introduced in the 58th minute for Passlack and he was able to give a good account of himself.
Dortmund have already qualified for the round of 16 of the champions league.
