Manchester United will face Manchester City once again after the Carabao Cup semi-final draw was made late on Wednesday evening, BSNsports.com.ng reports.
Pep Guardiola's side confirmed their place in the last four as they comfortably defeated Arsenal 4-1 on Tuesday night to prolong Mikel Arteta's misery at the Emirates.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side secured their spot in the draw with a 2-0 win over Everton courtesy of late goals from Edinson Cavani and Anthony Martial.
City have won the cup in each of the last three seasons while United were the last team to win the competition other than the Blues, having triumphed in the 2017 final over Southampton when Jose Mourinho was in charge.
Tottenham will host Brentford in the other semi-final fixture as the two sides go in search of an historic Wembley final. Brentford upset Newcastle on Tuesday before Spurs' win over Stoke the following day.
