CD Leganes Reverse Omeruo's Release Decision

By Sampson Adedeji Spanish Segunda division side CD Leganes has reversed the decision to release Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo for the 2021 African Cup Of Nations qualifier against Benin Republic and Lesotho, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The team through its coach Asier Garitano had earlier on Friday during a press conference said Omeruo will be allow to team up with Super Eagles next week. After suffering a 0-2 home defeat to Fuenblrada on Saturday the team reversed the decision. Meanwhile, Nigeria's Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr has acted fast by inviting Abia Warrior defender Adeleke Adekunle in his position. Nigeria will face Benin Republic on 27th of March before facing Lesotho on 30th of the month in Lagos
