English Championship side West Bromwich Albion put their promotion chase back on track as they defeated struggling Luton Town 2-0.

West Bromwich Albion without Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Semi Ajayi during week suffered a 2-1 defeat to Cardiff and lost their first position to Leeds United, BSN Reports.

The bounced back strongly on Saturday with Nigeria defender making a return into the team and also made his presence count.

Luton defender Doneverion Daniel scored an goal in the 14th minute before Ajayi sealed the game with an header in the 70th minute.

As a defender Ajayi has scored 5 goals in 28 league appearances for West Brom this season.
