CHAN 2020 Qualifier: Nigeria to face either Togo or Benin

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) on Wednesday afternoon held qualifying draw for the 2020 African Nations Championship, in Cairo Egypt.

The draw was the highlight of the meeting of the 25-member committee, which saw the format and procedure approved.

The format of the competition remains unchanged and will be played on a zonal basis to determine the finalists for Ethiopia.

The Nigeria home based team was drawn against the winner between Togo and Benin Republic.

CHAN Eagles finished runners up in the last edition of the competition held in Morocco.

CAF say the schedule (date & time) will be communicated in due course.
