CHAN 2020 qualifier: Togo resume training for Eagles B

Ahead of the all important Championship of African Nations ( CHAN) second leg qualifier, www.bsnsports.com.ng can report that Sparrow Hawks of Togo on Tuesday evening commenced training for Nigeria's Super Eagles B team.

To the surprise of many football lovers across the continent, Hawks thrashed the Nigeria side 4-1 few weeks ago and secured a 2-1 win at the just concluded WAFU Cup competition in Thies Senegal.

The Togolese national team resumed for preparations with all the invited players in camp and their technical crew were also on hand to direct the affairs of the training.

The Togolese are expected to hit Nigeria on Thursday as the match is scheduled for this weekend at the Agege stadium in Lagos.

To progress to the competition proper, Eagles B must emerge victorious with at least a 3 goal margin.
