Chinedu Obasi returns to Sweden with AIK For Third Spell

Out favour Nigeria International Chinedu Obasi has returned to Sweden with AIK in a bid to revive his career, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Swedish Allsvenskan side AIK have reached an agreement with Obasi over a deal that will run for the whole of the 2019 season.

''It is always a pleasure to be back in AIK because, as I said before, it is home and I’m looking forward to performing in front of our amazing fans and I can’t wait to meet the team and everyone", Obasi stated.

Obasi previously had stints with NPFL club side Enugu Rangers, Lyn Oslo, TSG 1899
Hoffenheim, Schalke 04, Shenzhen, Bolton Wanderers and IF Elfsborg.

He has represented Nigeria at all levels – U17, U20, U23 and full international.
