Chukwueze Subbed Off In Villarreal 4-Goal Thriller Against Sevilla

Super Eagles and Villarreal forward, Samuel Chukwueze was replaced in the 72nd minute in his club's 2-2 home draw with Sevilla, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

After an impressive performance Chukwueze was subbed off for Javier Ontivero in the tension soaked encounter.

Paco Alcacer had put the hosts ahead in the 18th minute before Sergio Escudero drew level with nine minute to end the first half.

At the end of the first half, Pau Torres restored Villarreal's lead for the second time, walking into the locker room with a 2-1 lead.

In the 63rd minute Munir El Haddadi scored the second for Sevilla to end the game 2-2.

The draw means Villarreal move a step up to the 6th on the log, while Sevilla are unchanged at the fourth spot.
