Club Owners commiserate with Rangers FC over death of Team striker Ifeanyi George

The Football club Owners Association of Nigeria (club Owners) have expressed shock over the death of the top striker of Rangers Football Club, late Ifeanyi George

It was reported that the former Enyimba player died on Sunday in an auto crash along Benin expressway bypass in Company of a youth team player of Rangers and an yet to be identified friend.

Club Owners described the death of the young striker as unfortunate, considering his level of commitment and contributions to his team Rangers international FC in both international matches and the NPFL.

A jovial and hardworking player amongst his colleagues, late Ifeanyi George would be missed by both his friends and team mates at former club Enyimba, Rangers and the entire Football fraternity.

Club Owners in a statement jointly signed by the chairman Barr. Isaac Danladi and the Executive Secretary Alloy Chukwuemeka condole with his immediate family and friends, the Management, supporters ,Players and officials of Rangers international FC as well as the entire Football family.

Club Owners prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased and for God to give the family the fortitude to bear the painful loss.
