Report reaching Basic Sports in Nigeria (BSN Sports) has it that the management of Confluence Queens has paid outstanding of players ahead of the new Nigeria Women Football League.

A source close to the team revealed to www.bsnsports.com.ng that backlogs of salaries the women football club was owing the players have been paid.

Though, as at the time of filing this report, the number of players paid as well the amount paid is yet unclear. Efforts to get team officials reactions to the development proved abortive as they neither reply messages nor pick their calls.
