Congolese Football Administrator, Omari Constant Replaces Amaju Pinnick As 1st CAF President

Member, FIFA Council, Omari Constant has replaced Nigeria Football Federation President, Amaju Pinnick as Confederation of African football (CAF) First Vice-president, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

The former 1st Vice-president, Amaju Pinnick was removed from the position after Thursday's CAF Congress Executive meeting in Cairo.

In September 2015, Omari was appointed as the chairman of FIFA's Task Force Against Racism and Discrimination.

Pinnick replaced former Ghana Football Association President, Nyantakhi who was removed due to corruption charges level against him. He was reportedly captured on video receiving money from an individual as bribe and was then found guilty.

Meanwhile, Fouzi Lakjaa president of Morocco Football Association is the 2nd vice president of CAF while Danny Jordan of South African is the 3rd Vice president.
