Nigeria winger Samuel Chukwueze continue his amazing run his Spanish La Liga side Villarreal in the Copa Del Rey.

The Yellow Submarines recorded a 3-0 emphatic win over Girona at Montilivi and advanced to the next round, BSN Reports.

Ramiro Funes opened the scoring in the 53rd minute, midfielder Santi Carzola made it 2-0 in the 69th minute and Villarreal a comfortable lead.

Substitute, Chukwueze two minutes later, invented a goal to frame. Starting from the right flank, the Nigerian striker got rid of up to three defenders before beating Juan Carlos with a dry shot to the first post.

Chukwueze's Villarreal will know their next opponent when the draw is conducted on Friday.
