Crotone Reject Offers From Udinese, Others For Super Eagles Striker

Italian publication La Gazzetta dello Sport repos that Italian serie A new boys Crotone have rejected an offer from Udinese for Super Eagles of Nigeria striker, Simy Nwankwo.
The new boys have started preparation ahead for next season after gaining promotion from Italian serie B to the serie A, and they are looking forward to retain the services of their superstar striker from all the interested clubs.
Report says Crotone president Gianni Vrenna has promised the fans that Simy Nwankwo will remain at the club for the 2020/2021 campaign, and he has started working towards it by rejecting offers for the Nigerian.
Simy has been superb for Crotone this season, as he has already scored 21 goals in all competitions, with 20 coming from the serie B league, which means he is having his best season ever in football by surpassing the 20 goals record he has when he was playing in Gil Vincente of Portugal.
Among the clubs interested in signing Simy Nwankwo are Lazio, Udinese, and some unnamed European clubs.
Simmy Nwankwo was part of Nigeria Super Eagles squad that were eliminated in the group stage of 2018 world cup in Russia, and he hasn't be able to represent Nigeria again since then.
