The duo of Nigeria's Super Falcons players defender Onome Ebi and attacker Chiwendu Ihezuo continue to underline their importance to Chinese Women League (CWL) side Henan Huishang with their amazing performance.

BSN reports that Henan started the season slowly but gradually make a serious impact as the season is gradually winding down.

Henan on Friday held Shanghai Shengli to a 1-1 draw away from home and stretched their unbeaten run to 3 matches.

Zhao Yingying opened the scoring for the host through a direct free kick but Ihezuo drew Henan level with a superb finish.

Defender Ebi was also on hand to nullify all the attacking threat posed by Shengli who required victory in order to continue its tittle pursuit.
