Cyprus 2019: Super Falcons back to winning ways.

Super Falcons have defeated Slovakia 4-3 in the second match of 2019 Invitational Women Tournament in Cyprus.
The Nigeria's Super Falcons survived the biggest scare at the ongoing invitational women tournament as they defeated hard fighting Slovakia.
The African champions raced to a 3 goal lead in the first half of the match with goals from Rita Chikwelu who netted brace in the 7th and 38th minute with defender Osinachi Ohale scoring in between.
Slovakian ladies returned for the second stanza as the better side and it paid off as Jana Vojtekovic reduced the tally in the 67th minute.
Lucia Harsanyova scored two penalties kicks in the 73rd and 78th minutes to level the game and increased the pace of the keenly contested game.
Forward Ana Imo restored Nigerians lead in the 82nd minutes off an assist from Asisat Oshoala.
The Nigeria team will play their last group game against Belgium.
