Dessers Scores Again For Genk

The profile of Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Cyril Dessers continue to rise ahead of the new Belgium Jupiler League season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The 25 year old striker joined the Limburger this summer from the Dutch Eredivisie side Heracles Armelo on a 4-year deal.

He has been outstanding in the club pre-season matches scoring in every last four game.

Dessers was the hero again as Genk played out a 1-1 draw against visiting RC Lens of France.

It was the Nigerian that opened the scoring in the early minute of the game from the penalty spot before Cameroon's Ignatius Ganago leveled the game.

Dessers has now scored in the 4 consecutive matches for Genk since joining the club.
