Diamond League: Amusan, Okagbare to compete in Birmingham on Sunday

The duo of Nigeria tracks stars Blessing Okagbare and Tobi Amusan has been listed among the athletes that will compete on Sunday Diamond League slated for Birmingham.

Blessing Okagbare will be in action in the Women's 200m event and will be looking to continue her great form this season.

With a SB of 22.05s, she has the fastest time on the field but will face competition from the likes of Great Britain's Dina Asher-Smith, Jamaica's Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Ivory Coast's Ta Lou, Marie-Josee.

Amusan will be in action in the Women's 100mH and with her SB of 12.49s, is looking good to finish among the top three.

After Birmingham Diamond League the duo are expected to move to Rabat Morocco for All African Games.
