Diamond League: Brume Listed For Doha Meet

After few months of absence due to outbreak of Corona virus across the world, Nigeria's track sensation, Ese Brume, will return to track this Friday, BSNSports.com.ng reports

Since 2013 Brume became the first Nigeria athlete to win a medal at World Championship and also made history as the second Nigerian woman to make the podium in the event after Blessing Okagbare leaped a distance of 6.99m to grab a silver medal behind the USA’s Brittney Reese (7.01m).

The Doha Diamond League is slated for this Friday in Doha and Brume has been listed for the event alongside Bekh Romachuk ( Ukraine) Sagnia ( Sweden), Brooks ( USA) among others.

Brume remains Nigeria medal hopeful for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
