Diamond League: Oduduru to make his professional debut in Monaco

After missing out of the Laussane Diamond League, Nigeria's speedy star Divine Oduduru will make his professional debut in the 2019 Monaco Diamond League slated for this Friday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Oduduru who has been listed to make his debut in the Laussane Diamond League in Switzerland last week was omitted from the lists of athletes to compete in the event.

But IAAF has confirmed that the 2019 NCAA champion will have the opportunity to make his debut in France events.

He will compete with former World number one and US international Justin Gatlin and Lyles for the coveted prices.

Oduduru finished second behind former Olympic champions Usain Bolt in the Heat 2 of the 100 meter at the Rio Olympic in 2016 and all eyes will be on him when he make his debut today.
