Nigeria's Super Eagles and Feyenoord FC attacker Cyril Dessers has said is a better football player now than before, BSNsports.com.ng can report.
The bully striker returned to the Dutch league this summer on loan from the Belgian Jupiler league club RKC Genk until the end of the season.
He joined the Limburgers two-season ago after he emerged as top scorer in the Eredivisie with side Heracles Armelo.
He failed to tie down a regular playing shirt due to the presence of his compatriot Paul Onuachu and this season he choose to return to Feyenoord on a loan deal.
After making his debut, Dessers said is a better player than his first stint in the Dutch league.
“I’m a different player from a few years ago.
“When people talk about my time at Utrecht or Heracles, I don’t care. I’ve become a much better footballer and can’t wait to show that to everyone," he told Voetbal.
Since making his debut for Nigeria against Algeria in an international friendly Desser is yet to return back to the national team.
