Dutch Eredivisie: Okoye Happy Over His Performance For Sparta Rotterdam

Dutch Eredivisie league came to an end on Wednesday and Nigeria's Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye is extremely happy with the kind of season he had, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Okoye who joined the Dutch club Sparta Rotterdam last summer from German side Fortuna Dusserdolf started the season as second choice to Van Leer.
He became the club first choice after having outstanding performance in the cup game and since then he has put up an amazing performance.
He was named in the team of the season after keeping 10 clean sheet in 28 matches.
Okoye was in goal in the play off game against Feynoord on Wednesday despite losing 2-0 he was able to distinguished himself in the encounter.
"A great season came to an end last night. Happy to be part of this Club.
"I thank God almighty for all he done for me," he said.
Okoye made his debut for Nigeria's Super Eagles in an international friendly against Brazil in Singapore.
