Ebuehi resumes training

Nigeria's Super Eagles and SL Benfica defender Tyronne Ebuehi resumed training after spending close to a year in the treatment room, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Ebuehi joined Benfica last summer on a 5- year deal from Dutch Eresivisie side Ado Den Haag but failed to make any competitive fixture for the team.

He got injured in the pre-season match against Besiktas and has to spend 340 days precisely on the sideline.

The youngster resumed field training on Thursday after spending few days in the gym.

Ebuehi who missed AFCON 2019 due to injury is expected to join the first team for the preseason and the season proper.
