Queen Park Rangers attacking midfielder, Eberechi Eze and Bright Osayi-Samuel helped their team to pip Leeds United 1-0 in their English Championship match-day 28 tie at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

A win would have earned the visitors the opportunity to leapfrog the league leaders, West Brom who have one point better than Leeds United.

Despite their efforts by dominating the game, the visitors were shocked in the 20th when Nahki Well's strike was enough for the hosts to pick the maximum three points in front of 16,049 spectators.

The loss means the visitors are placed 2nd with 52 points from 28 games.

Meanwhile, QPR have 38 points from 28 matches and are placed 14th on the log. QPR are back to winning ways having lost 1-3 to Brentford in their match day 27 encounter on January 11. The Saturday win over Leeds made it three wins from their last five 5 matches in all competitions
