Ebuehi Debuts In Twente Friendly Win

Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Tyronne Ebuehi returned to action on Saturday afternoon as he stars in FC Twente 3-2 win over a German Bundesliga 2 side Holstein Kiel, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The light-skinned player joined the Dutch Eredivisie side this summer on loan from Portuguese Primera Liga side Benfica.

He started the game on Saturday and was able to distinguish himself fiercely match.

Nathangelo Markelo replaced Ebuehi at the start of the second stanza after the team head coach decided to rest him.

Ebuehi was part of Nigeria's Super Eagles team to Russia 2018 World Cup but was unable to make it to 2019 African Cup Of Nations in Egypt due to injury.

He is expected to be in action against Emem FC in the match day one of Dutch Eredivisie on 5th of September.
