  Edo State Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu, Joins PFAN Task Force By Our Reporter   Edo State Deputy Governor and ex-footballer, Philip Shaibu, has registered as a volunteer member of the PFAN Task Force.   In a meeting between members of the PFAN Task Force led by its Chairman, Harrison Jalla, at Edo State Government House, the Deputy Governor expressed delight in the activities and approach adopted by the committee in carrying out its assignment to reposition the governance of Nigeria Football.   He commended the Task Force adding that they have been law abiding in addressing the retrogressive laws that have continued to retard the progress of football in the country, which he believes must be changed.   The Deputy Governor said he is ready to be part of the committee in pushing the quest for equal representation in the NFF Congress among the five distinct members as against the current situation that has been dominated by the States Football Associations.
