Efe Ambrose Too Old To Be Invited To Eagles---Rohr By Niyi Busari Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr has labelled Efe Ambrose as too old to be invited to the Super Eagles, BSNSports.com.ng reports. The Franco-German tactician added that he is building a young but experience team and according to him, Efe Ambrose does not belong to the class. Rohr on Monday made this disclosure during an interaction with the presenter of Nigerian league programme on DSTV in Lagos. Efe Ambrose has been consistent since he joined Scotland Premier league team, Hibernian in February 2017. Efe, 30, won the Scottish Championship player of the month award for March 2017, a month after he finalised his two years contract at the club. He has made 47 appearances and scored two goals Ambrose won his first senior national team cap in 2008, made 51 appearances and scored four goals for Super Eagles.
