Egypt: Goalkeeper Suffers Cardiac Arrest, Dies In Training Sampson Adedeji Egypt’s third division’s Rabat & Anwar goalkeeper, Ahmed Amin, passed away yesterday after suffering sudden cardiac arrest, BSNsports.com.ng can report After taking part in his team’s training yesterday, Amin went to the locker room where he suddenly passed out. Upon falling unconscious in the locker room, the club’s medical team tried to save the player but they were unable to do that, so they quickly took him to the nearest hospital. As they arrived at the hospital, the doctors told them that the player had already passed away and nothing could be done at that point, the cause of death was then revealed to be sudden cardiac arrest.
