By Sampson Adedeji
Nigeria's Super Eagles and Al-Ahly of Egypt striker, Junior Ajayi, underlined his importance to the club as he scored his first goal under a new coach, Pitso Mosimane, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
- The Egyptian league champion appointed the soft spoken South Africa gaffer last week to replace Rene Weiler who decided to path ways with the club.
Mosimane was in charge of his second game on Wednesday night that Ahly faced Enppi and thrashed them 3-0.
Marwan Mohsen opened the scoring in the 4th minute before he completed his brace in the 17th minute of the match.
Nigerian forward Junior Ajayi completed the rout with 10 minutes remaining, stabbing the ball into an empty net after a low shot from playmaker Magdi Afsha was pushed into his path.
Ahly, who won the league for a fifth straight season with six rounds to spare last month, have two matches remaining in their domestic campaign against Pyramids FC and Talae El-Geish.
