....Election Cannot Hold....Nnaji .... Electoral Committee illegal By Niyi Busari In what is looking like a defiance to the ruling of the country's Supreme Court (Apex court). The electoral committee of the 2018 NFF election set up by Amaju Pinnick led has released time table for the September poll at the press conference in Abuja on Wednesday. The electoral committee headed by Barrister Mohammed Sanni Katu disclosed the sale of forms, endorsement and return of the forms will hold within the period of Monday 21st May and Monday June 4th 2018. Reacting to the electoral committee set up by the Amaju Pinnick led board, former board member of Nigeria Premier League, Barrister Ray Nnaji told www.bsnsports.com.ng that the electoral committee will further compound the woes of Amaju Pinnick board in court. "I heard that they have released the time table for the election not minding the decision of the Supreme court." "They may be saying that they are not a party to this suit, that is the falling because the party to the suit which are Alh. Maigari and the former secretary general as well as the NFF. "And if NFF is a party to it, then anyone on behalf of the NFF suppose to obey that decision. They are liable to make decision that will not NFF because they are not doing it as an individual, anything they do, they do it on behalf of the NFF.' He warned that the electoral committee has no legal backing to conduct any election and caution anyone who is thinking of buying form from the committee. "Let me warn those those who want to buy form from for election that they should know that there is an order that have nullified whatever they are doing. There is no way that election will hold because the the decision taken before have been violated. In the beginning they told them not conduct an election, they violated it. They are used to violating court judgement but something that will shock them will happen this time around. We cannot continue to allow them to disobey the order of the court."
