By Sampson Adedeji
Following his outstanding performance for the English championship side Queen Park Rangers, Nigeria born and England's junior international Ebere Eze has been nominated for Fans Player of The Month, BSNSports.com.ng can report.
Ebere Eze emerged QPR Player of The Month for October. He scored three goals and provided two assists for the Hoops as they won two, drew one and lost two matches last month.
Nigeria's Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr last week revealed that they are putting in efforts to convince the youngster to play for Nigeria.
Eze scored in both of the club’s victories in October, against Blackburn Rovers at Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium and away at Hull City where he scored a brace.
His performances earned him many plaudits and has been shortlisted for the accolade alongside five other players.
Tom Barkhuizen of Preston North End, Kiko Casilla of Leeds United, Said Benrahma of Brentford, Aleksandar Mitrovic of Fulham and Tom Bradshaw of Millwall are also up for the award
