English Championship: Troost Ekong Nominated For Watford Player Of The Month

Nigeria's Super Eagles defender, William Troost Ekong continued to make headlines in the English second tier league with Watford FC with his impressive display, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Ekong joined the championship side from the Italia Serie A side, Udinese this summer after an impressive run with the club .
Since switching to England, the Nigeria international has become a regular player with the club putting up outstanding performance.
Following his excellent performance, he was among the three players nominated on Wednesday for the club's Player of The Month for December.
Ekong will compete for vote from fans alongside club captain Troy Deneey and Kiko Femenia.
Captain Deeney scored in three successive games against Rotherham United, Birmingham City and Brentford, taking his tally to four for the season.
Troost-Ekong cemented a place in the side with five consecutive appearances before picking up a hamstring injury.
Femenía followed up winning the November award by going unbeaten individually during December, with Watford winning three times and drawing twice when the full-back played.
