FA Cup Final: Ighalo rooting for Watford By Sampson Adedeji With few hours to the start of English FA Cup final between league champion Manchester City and Watford, Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo has thrown his weight behind his former team. The two premier league side will clash at Wembley stadium on Saturday after they edged their opponents in the semi final at the same venue. Ighalo who is now on the payroll of Chinese Super league side Shanghai Shenhua has in the past represented the Hornets for 3 seasons before he left in 2017. "FA Cup final today. GOOD LUCK guys," he wrote on his official Twitter handle. Before he moved away from the Vicarage Road, the Nigeria international netted 33 goals in 82 matches. The final clash is scheduled for 5pm local time.
