Djoliba of Mali picked their first win in the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup after edging CARA Brazzaville of Congo 2-0 in a Group C encounter in Bamako on Wednesday night, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Mamadou Cisse and Mamadou Coulibaly got the goals for Djoliba in the encounter.
The Malians moved from bottom spot to second position in the group having recorded four points from three games.
CARA dropped from third to last position having recorded just one win from three games.
Both teams will clash in the reverse fixture on July 29.
Earlier in on Wednesdayday, Enyimba beat Ivory Coast’s Williamsville Athletic Club 1-0 at Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium Port Harcourt to secure the top position in the group.
