EPL : Silva admires Iwobi qualities

After securing the services of Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi from Arsenal, Everton FC boss Marcos Silva has stated the reason the club signed the player.

The Tofees announced the capture of the player on a 5 year deal on the deadline day after it failed to get their target man Wilfred Zaha from Crystal Palace.

The Portuguese gaffer is already expecting Iwobi to be the x factor in the Everton midfield when they face Palace on Saturday in the Match day one.

"He is a quality player and this is the most important thing for me. He can play wide [or] behind the striker. He has come to improve our squad and gives us different solutions, Silva said.

Iwobi left the Emirate stadium after making 149 appearances in 4 season for the club.
